Подолання суперечностей між мотивацією трудової діяльності та розвитком української економіки на сучасному етапі формування ринкових відносин

The article describes a process of overcoming contradictions between motiva tion of labor activity and development of economics in modern life. The author proves that studying of the motivation culture is of a great importance for increasing a methodological capacity in the science of sociology, since it allows to reveal causes of numerous social phenomena, forecast the appear ance of new trends in individuals’ behavior, motivate their labor activity and societal development as a whole, and prevent episodes and dissemination of social diseases.
