Концепція створення комплексного механізму формування та оцінки ефективності реалізації соціальної політики в період трансформації українського суспільства

On the grounds of analysis and generalization of modern theoretical scientific studies and practical foreign and domestic experience in the sphere of evaluation of social politics the author proposes the concept of creation of complex mechanism of the evaluation of formation and effectiveness of realization of social politics during the transformation of the Ukrainian society. The concept encompasses the description of major principles and provisions which are assumed as its basis. The author describes the main functions of evaluation, its characteristic features, main scientific instruments and methods, constituents of organization structure and the stages of its creation. Special attention is devoted to the description of the main participants of evaluation and users of the produced information, prospective results from the concept realization.
